As the Virginia Peninsula’s oldest and Largest Real Estate Investors Association, we are a community of real estate investors, contractors, lawyers, and agents who meet monthly to network, learn, and grow together. Whether you're just getting started or have years of experience, our group offers support, education, and connections to help you succeed in all areas of real estate investing. We meet in Hampton monthly and have members from Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Virginia Beach, Gloucester, Williamsburg, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Norfolk and Richmond.

As Entrepreneurs we we are a breed apart from the everyday person. Our focus is doing things our way. We are a select group of individuals who learn and support each other. Our goal is to see everyone excel in the method of investing they chose. Our investors invest in a wide variety of Real Estate such as buy and holds/rentals, fix and flip, short term rentals, commercial, wholesale, mobile homes, rooms for rent, notes, and of course students looking for the method that fits their lifestyle.

As a professional organization we hope to promote best practices, ethical conduct, share ideas, and keep our investors informed about new techniques and technologies.

We will support member interests through advocacy, networking, and personal development.

We aim to support the public good by raising public awareness of our contributions to local society, community involvement, and promoting ethical and fair housing practices.
